BAND CAMP #1 COMPLETE!

Band Camp 1 was a huge success!  Thank you, students, staff, and parents for everything you do.  We are off to a great start.  Let's keep this momentum going!

Also, a big thank you to Veronica, Michael, and parent helpers on a wonderful Pancake Breakfast.  In addition, thank you to our Fundraising Team and all those that supported the dine out event at Waba Grill.

We truly have a great team of students, staff, and parents in the BAC.  Working positively together for the betterment of the students and the program goes a long way.  Thank you again for everything you do.

SPECIAL LETTER FROM THE GOVERNOR

We cannot be more proud of our Percussion Ensembles winning the gold in Dayton back in April. We are grateful for the recognition from our own governor Gavin Newsom. 

STUDENT FINANCES

Wow! Congratulations for completing the first week of band camp and officially kicking off the 2023-2024 season! It has been so exciting to see those excited faces during drop off and pick up. We are off to a great start for this season's monetary contributions and the season has barely just begun. A huge thank you to those who have already made a donation to your child's monetary contribution! BUT don't worry, it is not too late to make your donation, if you were not present for the first week of band camp you can still send in your payments through Venmo or Paypal, or you can mail them in at Ayala Band and Colorguard (address P.O. Box 2104 Chino Hills Ca. 91709). If you have any questions or want to make other arrangements, feel free shoot me an email at studentfinances@ayalabac.org, thank you all so much for everything you do for our program and I hope you have a lovely break and get well rested and ready for Band Camp 2!

FUNDRAISING

We have TWO more dine-in fundraisers coming for the week of Band Camp #2 (June 26 through June 30). Please mark your calendars for the following:

  1. Monday, June 26th: Panera Bread (4pm-8pm only)
  2. Thursday, June 29th: Pieology (11am-9pm only)
  3. Friday, June 30th: Pieology (11am-9pm only)
